Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Kanya Foundation

Acceptance

By using Mera Mantra you agree to these terms. Mera Mantra is operated by Kanya Foundation (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep that number and code private; activity through your number is treated as yours. You must be 18 or older to donate.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and made to Kanya Foundation. Choosing a temple records a dedication only: it does not transfer funds to that temple and does not imply its endorsement. Only a payment confirmed by Cashfree is treated as successful; a pending or failed attempt is not a donation. Payment acknowledgements are not tax exemption certificates, and no tax benefit is represented.

Content and devotional material

Scriptural texts are traditional. Recordings, photographs and PDFs remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for personal devotional use only. Do not redistribute, sell or broadcast them. AI-generated verses, translations and answers are offered for inspiration and may contain errors; they are not religious rulings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, submit unlawful, hateful or offensive prayer requests, attempt to break security, or make fraudulent payments. We may remove content or suspend access where these terms are broken.

Availability

Live darshan streams, third-party links and AI features depend on external providers and may be unavailable or interrupted. The app is provided on an “as available” basis.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always appears on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
