Donation terms, refunds and support
Organisation & purpose
Kanya foundation is the organisation named for this donation programme on Mera Mantra. Collection remains paused until its donation purpose, recipient verification and Cashfree approval are confirmed. Selecting a temple records a dedication only: it does not send funds directly to that temple or imply its endorsement.
Refund policy
For duplicate, mistaken or unauthorised donations, email info@nevika.co as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, with the payment reference, date, amount and reason. Never send a card number, PIN or OTP. Requests are reviewed against payment records; approved refunds return only to the original payment method. We aim to review requests within 7 working days. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary, and we will share the refund reference once issued.
Voluntary donations are otherwise normally non-refundable. This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies available under applicable law; the suggested 7-day request window does not override statutory rights.
Payments & acknowledgement
Only a payment verified by Cashfree is treated as successful. A failed or pending payment is not a confirmed donation. Payment acknowledgements are not tax exemption certificates; no tax benefit or charitable registration is represented here.
